What is the correct grammar in this header for a business letter?
i’m translating a legal document semi-quoted in a business letter
the part i’m interested in is whether “validity period” or “validity duration” or simply “extension of permits” would be the best choice of words. If there is another possibility, please feel free to oblige.

also wondering if i could simplify it more considering the “private labor brokerage bureau”. The meaning of private is “non-public” but would “office” instead of bureau work better? It is involving the mediation of foreign workers
